Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini has stoked up the fire ahead of this weekend's clash with Roma, claiming that Javier Pastore is better than Jeremy Menez.
Yesterday Claudio Ranieri expressed his belief that Menez has been the best player in the League so far this season.
"Pastore is a player from another level," Zamparini said. "Menez is a great player, a little like Cavani. But Pastore is a world-class player like Ibrahimovic or Messi.

"I have offers worth €50m for the Argentine. I don't know if Roma have also had offers of the same value for Menez.
"The offers come from abroad, but I won't be selling Pastore either for €50m or €60m. He is staying at Palermo."
