Serie B new boys Parma have brought in former Italy Under-21 pair Roberto Insigne and Jacopo Dezi from Napoli for next season.
Insigne arrives on a season-long loan with an option to buy, which will be dictated by Napoli, while Dezi will join on a permanent deal.
The younger brother of Napoli star Lorenzo is also a forward and spent the second half of the previous campaign on loan at Latina.
Central midfielder Dezi, meanwhile, helped Perugia reach the playoff semi-finals in Serie B.
