Roma midfielder Leandro Paredes has praised Coach Luciano Spalletti, adding that the Giallorossi will definitely improve under him.
The 22-year-old spent last season out on loan with Empoli, where his performances have seen him linked with a host of clubs during this summer’s transfer window.
However, the Argentine has stressed his happiness at having returned to the Italian capital and stressed his desire to keep improving.
“It’s been great to come back, I have come into a fantastic group,” Paredes told Roma’s website.

“I hope to improve a lot more to give my contribution to the team. I have enjoyed this tour [of the United States] a lot. We have been happy and we have had fun, but over everything else we have worked hard.
“There are still a lot of aspects to improve and with Spalletti we will definitely manage to do it.
“Spalletti asks me to cover spaces left behind by the other midfielders.”
