Reports suggest that Roma owner James Pallotta could pull his money out of the club, should the council refuse plans for a new stadium.

According to Il Tempo, the American may sell off players such as Radja Nainggolan, Edin Dzeko, Kostas Manolas and Kevin Strootman in order to recoup his investment.

This may be a warning shot towards Rome’s council, as they continue to stall over a decision.
