Roma President James Pallotta hopes to start work on the new stadium in March, and targets the Scudetto.

The Giallorossi are aiming to build a stadium of their own, but the project has been hit by delays and red tape.

“It will then take 24-28 months.”

Pallotta was then asked about the targets for the season, and the American hopes Luciano Spalletti can guide the Lupi to the Scudetto.
