Roma President James Pallotta has donated €50,000 to the Spallanzani Hospital to help support them during the COVID-19 crisis.
“In sport we love the heroes,” the patron said in a statement published by the club. “But today the real heroes are the doctors and nurses working all hours to save lives. Now they need our support.”
Roma have also started a movement to raise funds for the Spallanzani Hospital in the capital to help them towards purchasing the needed equipment to fight the Coronavirus.

The club has set up a GoFundMe page to raise much-needed funds for Lazzaro Spallanzani Hospital.
Money raised will go towards purchasing key supplies & equipment.
