Palermo could incredibly change Coach yet again, firing Giovanni Bosi after one game to recall Beppe Iachini.

It has been a ridiculous campaign even by the Sicilians’ standards and it is set to take another twist.

Bosi, the Primavera youth team Coach, was promoted to the main job on Thursday after Guillermo Barros Schelotto walked out because he couldn’t get a work permit.

His debut was a 3-1 home defeat to Torino, which reportedly infuriated President Maurizio Zamparini.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Zamparini is ready to put the squad into a training retreat ahead of the trip to Roma next Sunday.

He is even considering another change, sacking Bosi to bring back the first tactician of the campaign, Iachini.

Iachini was fired on November 10 and replaced by Davide Ballardini, who was then sacked on January 11.

Schelotto was brought in, but didn’t have the right paperwork, so Bosi sat on the bench for one match, then Giovanni Tedesco was brought in as caretaker manager for another game.

When Schelotto walked out on February 9 after realising his permit would not be granted, Bosi was appointed Coach on February 10.

A fan in the Stadio Barbera mocked the situation today with a sign that read: 'Excuse me, who is on the bench today?'
