Former Inter player Pietro Anastasi believes that while Dani Osvaldo will be a good signing for the club, he is not a top player.
The forward is currently in Milan finalising terms with the Nerazzurri ahead of his proposed initial one-year loan move to San Siro from Southampton.
“He is certainly a very valuable player,” former Italy international Anastasi told Tuttomercatoweb.com. “But I don’t believe he is a champion.
“Of course we are talking about a good player and a good signing, even though he isn’t a top player.
“I think that for Inter to be getting a genuine attacker on these terms is positive.
“With Palacio, Icardi, Botta and Osvaldo I think the attack will be okay for the Europa League. Maybe there will even be space for a young player.”
