Ivan Juric could be given one last chance to save his job, as Genoa President Enrico Preziosi insists “we were unlucky” against Napoli.

The Croatian was expected to be replaced by his compatriot Igor Tudor, having failed to win a single match in his third spell in charge.

Juric has had a difficult run since replacing Davide Ballardini though, and he could be given a reprieve.

“We had a great performance against Napoli,” Preziosi told Il Secolo XIX.

That could be taken as an indication that Juric will be given the Sampdoria game to try to save his job and avoid being sacked for a third time.
