Tammy Abraham and Fikayo Tomori have been included in England’s Nations League squad for their games against Italy and Germany.

Both players had been called up in June for the first leg game against the Azzurri in the Nations League Group C.

The second leg will be played on Friday, September 23, at San Siro.

England boss Gareth Southgate scouted Abraham in Roma‘s 4-0 loss against Udinese two weeks ago. The ex-Chelsea forward was subbed off with a shoulder injury but scored his second season goal the following week against Empoli.

Tomori was among the best Serie A defenders last season and has recently signed a contract extension with the Rossoneri.

Another product of Chelsea academy, Tomori has made three competitive appearances with the Three Lions.

Italy are currently third in Group C with five points in four games, while England sit at rock bottom with just two points. Marco Rossi’s Hungary are leading the group with seven points, followed by Germany with six.
