Roma have officially signed Juan Jesus on loan from Inter with a conditional obligation to buy.

The Brazilian international joined up with his new teammates at Pinzolo last night, and has now officially completed his move.

“AS Roma can confirm the signing of Juan Jesus from Inter,” a statement on the club’s official website announced.

“The Brazilian joins on an initial season-long loan for a fee of €2 million. The deal includes a compulsory purchase clause – for a further fee of €8 million – should certain conditions be met before the deal ends on 30 June 2017.”

It's thought the Giallorossi will be obliged to buy Juan Jesus once he makes a certain number of appearances.

There then followed a short statement from the player himself.

“I'm really happy to have joined such a great club and I can't wait to get started. I can promise the fans that I'll always give my all and never stop running for Roma.”
