Juventus have officially sent Koni De Winter to Genoa on loan with an option to buy that can become an obligation for €10m.
The defender already had his medical and signed the contract with his new club.
Genoa announced him with a pun on the Game of Thrones tagline: Winter is Coming.
A formal statement from the Bianconeri confirms the details of the agreement, as it is a loan until June 2024 with an option to buy that becomes an obligation if certain conditions are met.
It would be an €8m payment, over four instalments, along with another €2m in add-ons.
The 21-year-old spent last season on loan in Serie A with Empoli.
He started in the Zulte Waregem youth academy before switching to Juve in 2018.
