Former Milan Coach Filippo Inzaghi has been officially confirmed as the new Venezia boss.
It was reported earlier today that the former striker had been appointed by the Lega Pro side, and that has now been confirmed on the Lagunari’s official website.
“Venezia FC announces that it has reached an agreement with Filippo Inzaghi for the technical guidance of the first team,” the club announced.
“The agreement will be formalised on July 1 with the signing of Inzaghi and his staff with the Arancioneroverde.”

Inzaghi will be officially presented as the new Coach on Wednesday June 8, having received special dispensation from Milan to do so before his Rossoneri contract ends.
