Milan have announced that striker Patrick Cutrone has extended his contract with the club until 2023.

Cutrone’s renewal had been in the works for some time, and it was finally confirmed by Milan in their budget for the 2017-18 financial year.

Calciomercato.com writes the starlet will earn ‘slightly more than €1m’ a season, while the deal should not include any release clauses.

The 20-year-old broke into the Rossoneri’s first team last season and has gone on to score 21 goals in 52 appearances for the club.
