Jonathan Biabiany makes his return to football by signing a four-year contract with Inter.

The wide attacker has been out of action for 11 months, ever since a heart condition was discovered during a medical for his transfer to Milan.

“It’s a pleasure to be back home,” he told Inter Channel.

“The important thing is that I am healthy, then we’ll see about the rest. A four-year contract is a big deal, now I’ll try to get fit as soon as possible to show what I can do.”

The 27-year-old has fully recovered and been given the all-clear by medics to resume his playing career.

Biabiany was a free agent, having terminated his contract with Parma by mutual consent before the club’s bankruptcy.

This is a return to the Nerazzurri, as he started out in their youth academy in 2006.

Biabiany went on to feature for Chievo, Modena, Parma and Sampdoria.

He last wore the Inter jersey in December 2010.
