“We dominated the match for 90 minutes and we lost to Udinese who had three shots and three goals,” Oddo said following the match at Stadio Friuli.

“I am pleased with the performance but very unhappy with the result because we didn’t suffer from the opponents being good. We gifted it to them.”

Despite the result, the Coach is convinced that the way for his team to stay up is to stick to their style of play.

“We did some things well and other things badly. I am conscious that the only way to stay up is by our style of play.

“Without our good style we would concede five to seven goals a game. Pescara chose me as Coach because I believe that through a certain way of playing, we can get results.”
