Milan will also ask Real Madrid for the services of Lassana Diarra when they resume talks for Kaka this week.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Rossoneri want to take their former player on loan and are hoping to net teammate Diarra too.

Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani is expected in the Spanish capital on Wednesday where he will watch the Supercopa de Espana second-leg clash between Madrid and Barcelona.

The Italians have already contacted Diarra, whose contract at the Santiago Bernabeu expires in June 2013, but so far the French international’s personal demands have proved problematic.

Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri has asked the club to sign him a new central midfielder following the summer departures of Mark Van Bommel and Gennaro Gattuso.
