Napoli are not one of the many clubs interested in Genoa and Italy full-back Domenico Criscito, his agent has revealed.

The Azzurri have been linked with the left-back in recent times, but Andrea D'Amico has rubbished that link.

"I actually spoke with Napoli only yesterday and this apparent interest was not even mentioned," D'Amico noted. "As a result, I feel I can dismiss the story.

"It's hard to predict what will happen in the transfer market, but I can say that there is some important interest in Criscito.

It's understood that Zenit St Petersburg, bossed by Luciano Spalletti, are very keen on the 2010 World Cup player.
