President Massimo Moratti says he has no intention of breaking up his Inter squad. He has also denied links with Jose Mourinho and Carlos Tevez.

Reports have suggested that the Nerazzurri could be about to revolutionise their group of players over the summer after failing to defend their Champions League and Scudetto crowns.

However, speaking outside his offices in Milan on Monday, Moratti insisted the transfer market would not see a different Inter being born.

Reports have suggested that the Nerazzurri could be about to revolutionise their group of players over the summer after failing to defend their Champions League and Scudetto crowns.

However, speaking outside his offices in Milan on Monday, Moratti insisted the transfer market would not see a different Inter being born.

"I hear stories that we are going to sell big players every summer, but Inter have a strong base and it'll be sad to break that up," he noted.

"We'll take a look at what we can do in the market. We'd like to lower the age of the squad, but this Inter is not at the end of an era."

Amongst the changes being suggested are moves for Real Coach Mourinho, who left Inter last summer, and Manchester City forward Tevez.

"I haven't heard from Mourinho lately and he presently works for Real Madrid," the oil baron continued.

"Tevez? I saw on television that he was recently in Milan, but there is absolutely nothing between us."

Moratti also diplomatically paid tribute to city rivals Milan who are just one point away from securing the Serie A title.

"Whoever wins the championship always deserves it," he concluded.
