“I just play football as I always have and I do what the Coach asks of me. I don't feel any pressure being at Inter. I'm just happy.”
The custodian is set to make his European debut for the club against Rubin Kazan on Thursday in the Europa League.
“We go out to win every game,” he added. “We'll have to be very careful tomorrow or we risk running into problems. But we must always aim high as we are Inter.”
Handanovic was also asked for his thoughts on the San Siro taboo – given that neither Inter not Milan have won at the Meazza so far this term.
“That is what's happened so far, but it's too early to say that we perform better on the road than we do at home. Let see after 20 games.
“However, I do think that you construct your League position with your home form. We must pick up as many points as possible.”
