However, this morning’s Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting that no meeting has yet been set with Icardi’s wife and agent, Wanda, as they’re unhappy with her talking about the situation last week.
The idea is to raise the captain’s release clause to €200m, as well as boosting his salary to €7.5m per season.
With no meeting scheduled though, there is interest from Manchester United, PSG and Real Madrid, with calciomercato.com reporting that Bayern Munich could also be interested if Robert Lewandowski leaves.
