Crotone Coach Davide Nicola believes his players still need more experience in Serie A before they can fulfil their potential.
The Pitagorici have endured a torrid start to their first season in Italy’s top flight, but they secured a second point of the campaign in midweek by unexpectedly drawing 1-1 with Fiorentina.
“We acknowledge the quality of the oppositions we have faced,” Nicola said at a Press conference.

“We acknowledge the quality of the oppositions we have faced,” Nicola said at a Press conference.
“The goal we conceded [against Fiorentina] was the result of a lack of calmness. We need experience in this League.”
Crotone’s next match is a home meeting with Chievo on Sunday afternoon, with the Coach anticipating another difficult match for his players.
“We will have a tougher game than the ones we have had until now. Chievo are a well-established team and their League position does not surprise me.”
