Milan could sell half of M’baye Niang to Sampdoria in exchange for full ownership of Andrea Poli.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Niang is eager to find more regular playing time in Serie A, as he managed only 875 minutes of football in 20 appearances last season without scoring.

The Blucerchiati would welcome a new young forward after selling Mauro Icardi to Inter and a co-ownership deal suits all parties.

It also helps Milan, as they are in a co-ownership agreement with Sampdoria for midfielder Poli and could exchange 50 per cent of Niang for full possession of Poli.

Niang is still only 18 years old and the Rossoneri feel he’d benefit from playing under less pressure than at San Siro.
