M’Baye Niang has returned to Milan training, having been out since August with a metatarsal injury.
The French striker was used frequently by Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic in pre-season, but broke a bone in his foot during the friendly defeat to Bayern Munich.
However, in a training update on the Rossoneri’s official site, the club confirmed that 20-year-old is on the road to recovery.
“Training came to a close with a practice match in which Mbaye Niang and Keisuke Honda got their names on the score-sheet,” the statement announced.
