According to Tuttosport newspaper, Massimiliano Allegri will remain at the helm of Juventus in 2023-24 if the Old Lady manages a top-four finish this term.

The Italian tactician is under contract at the Allianz Stadium until June 2025. There were reports that he wanted to follow and the entire board of directors when they resigned in November, but he was eventually persuaded to stay by John Elkann.

According to Tuttosport, Allegri will also remain in charge of the Bianconeri in the next campaign, provided that he earns a Champions League spot this term.

Juventus completed their first trophyless season in 11 years in 2021-22, but Allegri remained in charge despite his predecessors Maurizio Sarri and Andrea Pirlo being sacked after bringing pieces of silverware during their one-year spell at the club.

On the other hand, Cherubini is expected to leave the club at the end of the season. New CEO Maurizio Scanavino reportedly has different plans on his agenda depending on how long he will stay.

If he remains at Juventus for a long time, the club will appoint a new sporting director. The names of PSG’s Luis Campos, a close friend of Allegri, Cristiano Giuntoli, Andrea Berta, Igli Tare, Gianluca Petrachi and Frederic Massara are all on the Old Lady’s agenda, according to Tuttosport.

On the other hand, if Scanavino stays for one year, or even less, Juventus will appoint a new CEO, such as Beppe Marotta or Giovanni Carnevali, plus a new sporting director.

Exor have appointed new board members which will formally begin their tenure on January 18, 2023.

  1. Top 4. PhD Max will surely secure that as well as a legacy deal for at least 10 more years of reverse engineered back, back, down, down. New directors, same clueless vision. CL glory awaits for at least another 3 trillion years.
