“Pogba is a fantastic player with a wonderful history at Juventus and the fans know that,” the director told Sky Sport Italia.
“I wouldn’t talk about the future, because that’s not really fitting right now. We are up against Manchester United, the team that he plays for, so it’s not right to talk about that.
“It’s always hard to say who the favourite is for the Champions League. It’s such a difficult tournament with so many factors, including good luck, that there are several favourites.
“I don’t just see Barcelona in there, but also Manchester City. Juve are certainly in good shape, but it’s early days.”
