The Bianconeri have won their seventh Scudetto in a row, and Coach Massimiliano Allegri has stated that he doesn’t believe his side gets enough respect.

“Let’s say that he rightly asks for respect,” Nedved told reporters at a charity golf tournament this morning.

“We deserved everything on the pitch, Juve won deservedly and nobody can say that’s not the case because we’re the best in Italy.

“I won’t get involved in controversy because it’s been like this for 100 years, Juventus are always under fire.

“For us it’s natural and we don’t mind, we only think of going forward, improving and winning trophies.

“I don’t like to look back, but even I have to say it’d be hard to ask for more from the past four years, we’ve won four doubles and I think that’ll only be appreciated later, because it’s a very difficult thing to do.

“We need to look forward, but congratulations to the Coach and the team, they did very well.

“Juventus were always there, obviously from time-to-time the focus was more on the Champions League and you could see that in the league, but I have to say when the time came to accelerate and keep Napoli at a distance they were very good.

“It was a hard-fought season, difficult but also very beautiful.

“Allegri has built this over the past four years and we need to congratulate him. Now we need to move forward and not think about what we’ve done.

“Juventus will always be there, Juventus will always work in advance to plan the future and we’ve been very good at doing that in these past few years.

“Obviously we want to reinforce for next season, not least because everyone will want to beat us, as is always the case. Going through all these years always winning is more difficult every time.

“I expect it to be at least as difficult this year, because Napoli have signed a great Coach [Carlo Ancelotti] who has won everywhere, so he’ll definitely try that in Naples too. We need to be ready.”

Nedved was then asked if Paulo Dybala is the centre of the current Juve project.

“Dybala is a very important player, one who is still under contract at Juventus. We’re very happy with what he’s doing and he can still improve a lot, so the future belongs to him.”
