It’s reported that Napoli could look to Cesare Prandelli as the man to replace Rafa Benitez on the San Paolo bench.

Benitez left his job as Partenopei Coach at the end of his contract, joining Real Madrid and leaving the Vesuviani job vacant.

With Sinisa Mihajlovic on the brink of joining Milan, and Unai Emery seemingly set to stay at Sevilla, SportMediaset reports that Napoli are considering Prandelli.

The former Italy CT has been out of a job since being sacked by Galatasaray in November, but impressed with his work at Fiorentina in his last Serie A job.

Prandelli also guided the Azzurri to the Euro 2012 final, before a disastrous showing in last summer’s World Cup led to his resignation.
