According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Napoli are keen to bring another Georgian starlet to the Stadio Maradona, having set their sights on 19-year-old Giorgi Kvernadze.

The Partenopei signed Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for barely €10m in the summer and his compatriot Kvernadze is now among their targets for next season.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Napoli scouts and director Cristiano Giuntoli have been watching the talented winger for a long time and could make their move in the coming weeks.

A right-footed left winger, Kvernadze is under contract with Georgian side FC Telavi and has scored four goals in 23 appearances across all competitions this season.

He hasn’t yet made his debut with the senior Georgia team but has played three games with the U21 squad.

His compatriot Kvaratskhelia has probably been the best Serie A debutant this term. Napoli are already eager to offer him a new contract to extend his stay at the club beyond 2027.
