The Giallorossi are not thought to be willing to pay Arsenal’s asking price of around €10m for Szczesny, but Napoli could invest that much to get an experienced international goalkeeper.
Udinese’s Alex Meret, currently on loan at Spal, is another option and the youngster would be allowed to learn under Reina to avoid being put under too much pressure.
Finally, Mattia Perin is of interest to the Neapolitans, but he is currently sidelined with a cruciate ligament injury.
