The Slovakia international midfielder is already set on a move to the Stadio San Paolo and agreed personal terms with a contract worth €1.8m per season plus performance-related bonuses, according to Sportitalia.
Milan are also interested, but would only be ready to take Lobotka on loan with an option to buy.
