Napoli are always on the lookout for transfer market opportunities and have reportedly starting paying close attention to Club Brugge and Canada winger Tajon Buchanan.

The 23-year-old forward featured prominently at the World Cup in Qatar with Canada, playing almost every available minute in their three group games. Although Canada were eliminated at the first hurdle, many individuals on the team impressed clubs across Europe, something that could have a knock-on effect in the January transfer window.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Napoli are keeping a close eye on Canadian winger Buchanan, who showed positive signs at the World Cup. The 23-year-old is contracted to Club Brugge until 2025.

The Belgian outfit value Buchanan at around €12m, an affordable price for the Partenopei, and the club are now considering their options ahead of the January transfer window.

This season, the 23-year-old Canadian winger has scored one goal and provided two assists in 13 appearances across all competitions.
