The fan manhandled by Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis rejected the apology and announced he’ll sue.

There was an altercation in the Stadio Tardini car park after Sunday’s 1-0 defeat to Parma and De Laurentiis said he called up the supporter to apologise, inviting him to a meeting.

“I am horrified by the behaviour of De Laurentiis,” fan Dario D’Agostino told Il Resto del Carlino newspaper.

“Now I reserve the right to sue him and have delegated my lawyer to look into the matter.

“I expressed my opinion in an educated manner, saying we didn’t want to just win against Juventus.

“In response, he got down from the car and lunged at me. He invited me to the Castelvolturno ground, but I declined: my dignity is not for sale.”

D’Agostino claimed he needed treatment at the A&E for bruising to the back.
