According to the Corriere dello Sport newspaper, President Aurelio De Laurentiis is planning to add an extra winger if they are guaranteed that financial boost from the tournament.

The target in place is Deulofeu, who impressed on a six-month loan spell at Milan and is now back at his parent club Barcelona.

This too depends on a knock-on effect, as if the Blaugrana manage to get Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool or Borussia Dortmund’s Ousmane Dembele, then Deulofeu would have considerably less playing time.

The Spaniard scored four goals and provided three assists in 17 appearances for Milan.
