Arkadiusz Milik has to partner Lorenzo Insigne, but the biggest changes are expected in midfield with Adam Ounas and Piotr Zielinski flanking Marko Rog and Amadou Diawara.

Sassuolo have their own lengthy absentee list, missing Marlon, Gian Marco Ferrari, Federico Di Francesco and Claud Adjapong.

Kevin-Prince Boateng and Jeremie Boga are available again after long lay-offs, but probably not ready to start, so Alessandro Matri is the favourite rather than Filip Djuricic to partner Domenico Berardi.

Probable line-ups

Napoli: Meret; Malcuit, Maksimovic, Koulibaly, Ghoulam; Ounas, Rog, Diawara, Zielinski; Milik, Insigne

Sassuolo: Pegolo; Dell’Orco, Magnani, Peluso; Lirola, Bourabia, Sensi, Magnanelli, Rogerio; Berardi, Matri
