Napoli have named their updated Europa League squad list, as Faouzi Ghoulam is brought in rather than Axel Tuanzebe to face Barcelona.

Clubs are allowed to make up to three changes to their list following the January transfer window.

The Partenopei sold Kostas Manolas to Olympiakos and brought in Tuanzebe on loan from Manchester United.

However, coach Luciano Spalletti has decided to leave out the centre-back and instead bolster his squad with full-back Ghoulam.

The Algeria international had been originally excluded because he was struggling with injuries.

The 31-year-old’s contract will expire on June 30, but he made eight Serie A appearances and one in the Coppa Italia this season, prompting a recall for the Europa League.

Napoli will face Barcelona in the play-offs with the first leg at Camp Nou on February 17 and the decider at the Stadio San Paolo on February 24.

Napoli Europa League squad: Meret, Ospina, Idasiak, Boffelli; Malcuit, Juan Jesus, Mario Rui, Rrahmani, Di Lorenzo, Koulibaly, Ghoulam; Demme, Anguissa, Elmas, Zielinski, Lobotka; Osimhen, Lozano, Mertens, Politano, Insigne, Ounas, Petagna
