The Giallorossi captain is turning 40 today, drawing tributes from around the football world, and the Belgian midfielder had a message of his own.
“Hi oldie,” Nainggolan said on Roma Radio.
“I wanted to wish you the best for your 40th birthday. It’s an honour for me to play with you, and I hope you’ll keep going for a few more years.
“I wanted to make a bet: who’ll stop first, me or you?”
