“We had the break for international duty, now we know what our objective is and we have to play like the old Roma,” Nainggolan told Sky Sport Italia.

“There are still 10 rounds to go, 10 Finals, and we must start well to get back our confidence and win as many games as possible to the end of the season.

“Napoli have a specific style of football, but I think on our home turf we can cause them problems if we play the way we know how.

“I think today we’re going to put in a good performance.”

Something has to give, as Roma are without a home victory since November 30, while Napoli have lost their last three away fixtures.

Roma: De Sanctis; Torosidis, Manolas, Astori, Holebas; De Rossi, Pjanic, Nainggolan; Florenzi, Ljajic, Iturbe

Napoli: Andujar; Maggio, Albiol, Britos, Ghoulam; Jorginho, David Lopez; Callejon, De Guzman, Mertens; Higuain
