According to Sky Sport Italia, Roma turned down another proposal from Antonio Conte’s Chelsea worth €32m plus another €3m in performance-related bonuses.

The response is the same as it has always been – Ninja is not for sale.
While Miralem Pjanic has a release clause in his contract worth €38m, Nainggolan has no such problem and Roma do not even want to negotiate.
As the Belgium international is also not particularly eager for a move to London, Chelsea proposals are bound to fall on deaf ears.
