Cagliari President Tommaso Giulini has cast doubt on Radja Nainggolan staying beyond this summer. “I think he can be part of Inter’s team next season.”
Nainggolan has spent the season back on loan at Cagliari, but the Sardinians do not have an option to sign him outright and there are reports Inter would like to hold on to him in 2020-21.
“Things change from year to year,” Giulini told Radio Radio.

“Cagliari don’t have an option and the player will return [to Inter] from us.
“After that, we’ll carry out some assessments and make a decision. We still haven’t banged our heads together regarding the Nainggolan issue.
“It’ll be very difficult to keep Nainggolan at Cagliari. He’s a very good player and several big clubs would like to sign him, but I think he can be part of Inter’s team next season.”
