Yuto Nagatomo names Samir Handanovic as his best friend in the Inter team – but isn’t impressed with his sleeping habits.
The Japanese international featured on ‘Inter Drive’ on the Inter Channel last night, and he discussed his teammates and Coach Luciano Spalletti.
“The nicest in the team is Handanovic,” Nagatomo said.
“He never laughs during games because he’s focused, but he laughs afterward – and how!

“The problem is that we room together and he’s already asleep by 8pm, when I want to watch the games!
“We joke a lot, particularly with [Mauro] Icardi and [Davide] Santon but I get a bit scared when Spalletti gets angry…
“I do yoga during the week, I think it helps a lot and some of my teammates practice it too, like Samir.
“I feel responsibility and it’s a great honour for me to be part of Inter. The Inter fans are passionate, they always help us and they’re always behind us. They really are number one.
“They’re more passionate compared to fans in Japan.”
