Rubin Kazan midfielder Yann M’Vila is in Italy and confirmed he is “here for Inter.”
There had already been reports the 23-year-old was heading for San Siro after intensive negotiations between the two clubs.
According to the Corriere dello Sport, M’Vila flew in to a Milanese airport on Tuesday evening.
“I am here for Inter,” he is quoted as telling journalists.
The French midfielder only joined Rubin Kazan from Rennes in 2013, but struggled to settle in Russia.
