Adrian Mutu's agent has confirmed he is no longer working for the player, “as Fiorentina think I am the problem.”
Mutu is frozen out of the squad pending legal action after he stormed out of training without permission.
He made the gesture when agent Victor Becali called him to say Fiorentina wouldn't allow a transfer to Cesena, then the representative made claims in a Press conference that the Viola directors had insulted him.
“Fiorentina think I am the problem,” commented Becali in the Romanian media this evening.

Becali and his brother, Giovanni, have represented Mutu for most of his career.
