The Uruguayan goalkeeper will face Italy in the group stage of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

“I hope this can be an appetiser… Italy are in my destiny,” the former Lazio” data-scaytid=”10″>Lazio man told Mediaset Premium.

Muslera had to dodge large chunks of snow that were falling sporadically from the stadium roof during the final stages of the game.

“I had seen them fall from there before the match too, then they continued during. Thankfully none of them actually hit me!

“The snow did generally leave us alone to play, even if it was an ugly match. I prefer having a three-man defence in front of me, as it gives me more help.

“We knew today the first team to make a mistake would lose.”
