“Brazil don’t deserve this and I’m saying that to my teammates, because there are a lot of great players in their team,” Muller told reporters.
“They didn’t deserve to lose in that way, in their country and in their stadium in front of a big crowd.
“Losing 7-1 is bad for the heart. I’m thinking about my friends like Luiz Gustavo and I’m wondering how they feel at the moment.
“They didn’t deserve something like this but I know that my words will not be enough to console them.
“We have a great team, the result is the fruit of our work and the spirit of our group. We are very united.”
