The Thai businessman, known as Mr Bee, has been in negotiations with the Rossoneri for most of the summer and appears close to finalising a deal.
Tuttosport has reported today that representatives of Mr Bee and Fininvest, Silvio Berlusconi’s financial holding company, met over the last few days to iron out final details.

Tuttosport has reported today that representatives of Mr Bee and Fininvest, Silvio Berlusconi’s financial holding company, met over the last few days to iron out final details.
The agreement is believed to be for Mr Bee to pay around €485m for 48 per cent of the Rossoneri, with Berlusconi retaining the majority stake.
It is believed that the deal should be complete by next Monday, August 3, the date when the agreed eight weeks of exclusivity are up.
