Chelsea have also been linked with the 22-year-old, but the English club’s manager doesn’t see him as a realistic target.
“I think everybody has an interest in Pogba,” Mourinho told journalists on Chelsea’s pre-season tour of North America.
“But there are things you can do and things you cannot do. I love the Eiffel Tower but I can’t have the Eiffel Tower in my garden.
“I can’t even have the Eiffel Tower of Las Vegas. We feel we have the tools to improve our team without that. And the tools are ourselves.”
