Speculation in the Italian media is gathering pace that billionaire Erick Thohir has made an offer to buy the outfit.
Thohir is apparently ready to pay up to €300m for the Beneamata, as well as providing a further €100m to invest on new players.
“I think there are too many rumours around,” Moratti noted on Monday. “I read these and usually 90 per cent of what's reported is untrue.
“Selling a majority of the club? No, no, we're discussing something entirely different. It's not decisive. It will be if Inter stands to gain substantially from it, if the club doesn't then we'll leave it.
“But I don’t think the next few days will be key.”
It is understood that Moratti is looking for new investors in order to help in the construction of a new purpose built arena for the Milan giants.
“The new stadium is important,” Moratti noted when asked how decisive that aspect was to investor talks.
Inter, who finished the 2012-13 campaign in ninth, currently share the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza with Milan.
The club recently replaced boss Andrea Stramaccioni with Walter Mazzarri after the latter left Napoli.
