“We will certainly have to get used to interruptions, realising when incidents and credible and when they are not, so what happens and when play is stopped,” Montella told Rete 4.

“I didn’t see the incidents, the referee did and so we accept it, but this will take some getting used to…

“Aside from the result, it was a positive performance. We need to improve in our change of pace and choosing the final pass.

“I certainly don’t forget that players arrive from other Leagues, they are very young and need to get accustomed to their new surroundings, teammates and tactics, so there is absolutely no rush.”
