“In terms of fitness we are doing well, but also our mentality,” said Montella in his Press conference.
“We need to play with a more relaxed state of mind, without too much pressure, so we can get what we deserve. A victory tomorrow would renew our enthusiasm.

Montella was asked whether the goal drought in Serie A will continue in Europe against more defensive teams.

“Considering what I have seen so far, Dinamo Minsk look like a very attacking team. I don’t think we’ll take this match lightly, although we were surprised that Dinamo lost 6-1 to PAOK in the first round.
“Don’t forget they recently drew with BATE Borisov, who yesterday beat Athletic Bilbao in the Champions League.”
Montella was asked to comment on his old Roma teammate Francesco Totti, who became the oldest ever player to score in a Champions League tie at the age of 38.
“Totti’s only two years older than me. He always amazes, for the quality of his football and his physical fitness. I stopped fairly early into my career, as my injury problems did not allow me to continue at a high level.”
